If you've chosen the Mobile Data Option for your iPhones, you might encounter the situation of Mobile Data not working.

In that case we recommend alerting our Support Team and if you urgently need to use the iPhone, you're able to use hotspot from your other iPhones.

How to use hotspot from another iPhone?

Step 1 - Open an iPhone that has 4G working

You can check by opening fast.com on Safari

Step 2 - Go to Settings -> Personal Hotspot

Step 3 - Change the Hotspot Password to anything you'd like

Step 4 - Turn ON "Maximize Compatibility"

Step 5 - Turn ON "Allow Others to Join"

Note1: The iPhone hotspot will show as a Wi-Fi connection and it's name will be referenced in the iPhone sending the hotspot, right below "Maximize Compatibility"

Note2: If the carrier shows on top-left "DIGI RO", you might need to add the following:

Cellular Data APN - internet

Personal Hotspot APN - internet

Step 6 - Open the iPhone with 4G Not Working

Step 7 - Connect to the Hotspot

5 iPhones can be connected on the same hotspot at once. Any issue you may encounter, usually a restart of hotspot will fix.
