This article explains how subscriptions behave once your balance is funded.
Starting a Subscription
To start a plan:
Ensure your agency balance has sufficient credit
Go to Pricing
Select your desired plan
Choose required options (phones, connectivity)
Confirm the subscription
The cost is deducted immediately from your balance.
Connectivity Options
When choosing a plan, you may also select connectivity options.
These may include:
Mobile data
Dedicated setups
Any additional cost is deducted directly from your balance.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you need more phones or capacity:
Go to Billing
Click Upgrade Plan
Select the new phone amount
Important:
Existing phones remain unchanged
Only additional phones are added
Charges are deducted from balance
Billing History & Invoices
In the Billing section, you can view:
All balance top-ups
Subscription charges
Dates and amounts
Downloadable invoices for each transaction
