How to top-up your Agency Balance

Before starting or upgrading a plan, you must add funds to your agency balance.

This balance is used for all billing and subscription actions inside ALI.


Step-by-Step: Adding Balance

  1. Go to Billing in your ALI agency dashboard

  2. Locate Top Up Your Agency Balance

  3. Enter the amount you want to add

  4. Select a payment method

  5. Complete the payment

Once completed, your balance updates automatically and you can freely create, upgrade or modify your ALI Subscription.


Payment Methods Available

Credit Card Payment (Stripe)

  • Processed securely via Stripe

  • Supports major credit and debit cards

  • Invoice is generated automatically after payment

Steps:

  1. Select Credit Card

  2. Click Pay Now

  3. Complete the Stripe checkout


Crypto Payment

  • Processed via Inquid

  • Supports multiple cryptocurrencies

  • Ideal for agencies preferring crypto payments

Steps:

  1. Select Crypto

  2. Click Pay Now

  3. Follow the Inquid payment instructions

  4. Balance updates after confirmation


After Adding Balance

Once your balance is funded, you can:

  • Start a subscription

  • Upgrade an existing plan

  • Add additional iPhones

No additional payment setup is required.
