The iPhones section is where you manage all the iPhones assigned to your agency.

This page gives you full visibility and control over:

  • Which iPhones you have

  • Their current status

  • Their Group

Everything here is designed to make large-scale iPhone operations simple and structured.

What You See on the iPhones Page

Each iPhone is displayed in a table with the following columns:

  • iPhone Name

  • Groups (tags)

  • Status (online / offline)

  • Actions (Launch, Edit, Remove)

You can also search for specific iPhones using the search bar.

iPhone Status

Each iPhone has a clear status indicator:

  • Online – the iPhone is available and ready to use

  • Offline – the iPhone is temporarily unavailable

If an iPhone is offline for longer than expected contact support via our Telegram support or Website Support Chat.

Editing an iPhone

Click Edit to manage the iPhone details.

From here, you can Rename the iPhone

You can name iPhones however you want.

ALI does not restrict naming conventions.

Examples:

  • Model name

  • Team name

  • Platform name

  • Internal reference

Choose what makes sense for your workflow.

Groups (Tags)

Groups are tags you assign to iPhones.

They are used to:

  • Organize iPhones

  • Filter and sort them later in the Hub

  • Quickly access specific devices

Examples of groups naming possibilities:

  • Model name

  • Platform (IG / TikTok / Threads)

  • Campaign

  • Team name

You can create and assign as many groups as you want.

Notes

Each iPhone has a Notes section.

This is useful for tracking important information, such as:

  • Reset dates

  • Performance notes

  • Viral accounts

  • Issues or observations

Examples:

  • “Reset on Dec 19”

  • “Good account - viral reel on Dec 22”

Notes are internal and only visible to your team.

Searching for iPhones

Use the Search iPhone field to quickly find:

  • A specific iPhone by name

  • iPhones belonging to a specific group

This is especially useful when managing a large number of devices.

Best Practices for Managing iPhones

  • Use clear and consistent naming

  • Assign groups (tags) early

  • Keep notes updated

  • Use groups + search for fast access

A clean iPhone structure makes scaling significantly easier.
