Can I restart or reset the iPhone?

Not directly, you can request a restart/reset, as the process requires physical follow-up on our side to ensure the iPhone reconnects properly and comes back into ALI.

So please message support before restarting and we’ll coordinate it so you don’t lose time.

Contact support via our Telegram support or Website Support Chat.

Once done, we’ll reconfigure it and put it back into ALI as fast as possible.
