Sometimes in ALI you can find your device but it looks different, it's greyed out and the "Launch" button does not work.

If you encounter this issue the best solution is to message our Support Team.
​
If all your devices that are placed on the same Pod are grayed out and the session can't be started, that means there is an issue with the whole Pod. In this case too, the best solution is to message our Support Team that will take care of the issue ASAP.
​
The estimated time for the issue to be fixed is 3-20 minutes.
