If the iPhone has no internet or apps won’t load, it usually means the device is out of Mobile Data or the USA Wi-Fi's Proxy has expired.
First thing you can try is turning ON and OFF Airplane Mode, this resets the IP and the connection of the Mobile Data.
If this doesn't work, feel free to message support. Include the iPhone Name and tell us what you’re seeing (no internet, pages not loading, stuck, etc.)
